How does ordering work?
Send your request with the item, design, quantity, and date needed. I’ll review the details and confirm the design, availability, deadline, and total price. Once everything is approved and the required 50% deposit is received, I’ll begin creating your personalized order.
How much time do orders need?
Please allow up to two weeks for most personalized orders. Some orders may be completed sooner depending on the item, quantity, and supplies needed. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee starting at $15 and are accepted based on availability.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once all details are finalized and the required 50% deposit is received. Submitting the request form alone does not reserve your date.
What happens after I submit the form?
After you submit the form, I’ll review your request and contact you to confirm the design, product, quantity, date needed, availability, and price. We’ll go over any questions or changes before your order is finalized and the deposit is due.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due when your order is ready for pickup or delivery. Orders must be paid in full before they are released.
Can I make changes after I approve my design?
Please review your design carefully before approving it. Small changes may be possible before production begins, but once your order has entered production, changes may not be possible and could result in an additional charge.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup and local delivery options are available depending on your location and order. We’ll confirm the best option with you before your order is finalized.
Do you have a minimum order?
Individual orders are welcome, and some items can be ordered in small quantities. Minimums may apply to certain group, organization, or bulk orders. Any minimum quantity will be discussed before your order is confirmed. Orders totaling $25 or less must be paid in full before production begins. Orders over $25 require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery.
Can I cancel or return a personalized order?
Because personalized items are created specifically for you, cancellations may not be available once production has started. Personalized items are not returnable simply because of a change of mind. If I make an error with your order, please contact me so I can make it right.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on the item, quantity, supplies needed, and my current workload. A rush fee starting at $15 may apply. Rush availability is not guaranteed, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need an order sooner than the standard turnaround time.
Can I use my own photo, logo, or design?
Yes. You may provide your own photo, logo, or design for your personalized order. For the best results, please send the clearest, highest-quality image available. I’ll let you know if the image quality is too low or if changes are needed before production begins.
