How Ordering Works

Browse the website and make note of any design numbers you like.
2. Send your request.
Use the Contact Me form to tell me what you need, including quantity, size, colors, and personalization details.
3. Review the details and price.
I will confirm your order details, final price, and estimated completion time with you.
4. Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to begin most orders, with the remaining balance due at pickup or delivery. Orders of $25 or less must be paid in full before work begins. Orders over $25 require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due at pickup or delivery.
5. Your order is scheduled.
Once the details are finalized and the required payment is received, your order will be placed on my work schedule.
Turnaround Time
Most standard orders require up to two weeks after all order details are finalized and the required payment is received. Some orders may be completed sooner. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time. If you need your order sooner, please ask about rush availability and any additional rush fee before placing your order.
